Establishing an employee owned firm or company is only the beginning. Employee-owned companies face a unique and ongoing set of challenges. These include building a corporate culture of ownership, mastering the technical elements of their form of ownership, and creating a new way of looking at work. Our Employee-Owned Network provides training and education and well as networking opportunities for employee-owned companies
The OEOC's Employee-Owned Network’s mission is to provide a forum for employee-owned businesses to learn from each other how to make employee ownership work more effectively within their companies; and to address the unique challenges and potential of employee ownership.
Employee-Owned Network members jointly-sponsor a year-round series of education and training programs. Members enjoy generous group rates and discounts on all program registrations (see table below). Non-members among the employee-owned business community are welcome to participate but do not receive discounts.
