ESOP Education and Training: OEOC staff can help you design and deliver your in-company ESOP orientation programs and owner education on the basics of ESOPs, understanding the financial side of business, leadership development and teamwork skills.   The OEOC develops and delivers in-company training programs on the ABCs of ESOPs, Basic Business Financials, Teamwork, ESOP Communication; and, custom training for front-line leaders, ESOP fiduciary committees and employee members of the Board of Directors.
